▪️ Played the role of a hands-on leader for a newly formed, low-maturity UI UX design team.
▪️ Learned to build and manage a multi-disciplinary team, while actively designing for all the core products as a lead designer.
▪️ Managed the product design and data analytics team of 12+ for all the digital products across the HDFC RED (Online real estate tools) portfolio.
▪️ Created ML and AI-based tools like free-text search, home search by air quality, affordability, infrastructure and more with innovative visualizations for home buyers and brokers.
▪️ Designed its online Home-Search app and website which led to its successful acquisition by Quikr for $55Million.
▪️ Set up the culture of UX research by acting as a hands-on user researcher. Created a research ops process to analyse customer behaviour and needs including User Interviews, Contextual Meetings, Usability Testing, Expert Review and other methods.
▪️ Implemented processes for continuous research. product design and developer handoffs.
▪️ Worked closely with the data analytics team. Designed the model for web and app analytics tracking. Set up and communicated KPIs for all teams and build a data-driven decision culture.
