Phase 1: Initial MVP Launch
➢ In this phase, I had just joined the team as the 3rd member to envision the product from just a rough idea from the CEO as “creating the world’s simplest crypto trading platform”.
➢ The aim was to have design as the USP of the overall product. Creating a user and design-centric product in a marketplace filled with complex error-prone products sounded like the ultimate product design challenge to me.
➢ I joined the team and we worked endlessly for 3 months to be finally ready with something to show the world. This phase included many late nights with front end dev to crack the most complex issues in design like making an attractive trading chart, responsive trading panel etc.
